Due to legal limitations, we are unable to diagnose or provide recommendations about a pet without an exam; therefore, phone consults are limited to veterinarians only. Only the veterinarian or veterinary staff may submit a consult request. Requests that are sent without the permission of the listed veterinarian will be denied.
